Every Payday, We Rise Together.
The Salary Earners Cooperative Union brings together cooperative societies from public and private organisations across Ogun State, managing their accounts under one umbrella built on savings, affordable loans and shared prosperity.
The Salary Earners Cooperative Union is a union of cooperative societies — a conglomerate that manages the accounts of individual cooperative societies formed by workers within their own organisations, both public and private, across Ogun State.
Rather than enrolling workers one by one, a cooperative society first registers and affiliates with the Union. From there, every member of that society gets their contributions pooled, tracked and grown under the Union's structure — built on the simple idea that societies who save together can borrow, build and plan together.
Open to cooperative societies formed within public Ministries, Departments and Agencies as well as private organisations across Ogun State, with contributions processed through each society's own payroll or collection arrangement.
Every scheme is built around the working month — designed to meet members' needs from one payday to the next.
Automatic monthly deductions build a growing balance for every member, forming the base for loan eligibility and long-term security.
Short-term credit against upcoming salary for members facing urgent, unplanned expenses between paydays.
Seasonal credit lines released ahead of festive periods to ease the cost of celebrations for members and their families.
Structured access to land allocation and housing finance, helping members build lasting assets on a worker's income.
Household items, electronics and essentials acquired on flexible terms, repaid gradually through payroll deduction.
Training and workshops that build members' financial literacy and understanding of cooperative principles.
Every scheme and policy of the Cooperative is guided by objectives set for the lasting benefit of salary earners.
